1 : carrot / 100g , 2 : green peas / 100g , 3 : apple / 100g , 4 : potato / 100g , 5 : spring onion / half bunch , 6 : full cream / 100ml , 7 : yogurt / 2oog , 8 : mayonnaise / 2tbs , 9 : salt / 1tsp , 10 : sugar / 1tbs , 11 : black pepper / 1tsp ,

 

Method of Dish

1: for Russian salad boil all recommended vegetables and let them cool.
2: take a large bowl and add full cream, mayonnaise, yogurt and mix very well then add salt, pepper, sugar and spring onion again mix gently. now add all boiled vegetables and mix well.done
