Ingredients of Dish

1 : chicken / 4oog , 2 : oil / 80ml , 3 : yogurt / 100g , 4 : red chili powder / 1 1/2tsp , 5 : cumin powder / 1tsp , 6 : cumin seeds / 1tsp , 7 : coriander powder / 1tsp , 8 : coriander seed / 1tsp , 9 : spices powder / 1tsp , 10 : turmeric powder / 1tsp , 11 : dried fenugreek -methi / 2tsp , 12 : cinnamon stick / 15g , 13 : cardamom / 8pcs , 14 : ginger garlic paste / 2tsp , 15 : tomato paste / 2tbs , 16 : tomato puree / 300g , 17 : blended onion / 3x small , 18 : ginger slices / 1inch cube , 19 : fresh coriander / half bunch , 20 : salt / 1tsp ,

 

Method of Dish

1: for chicken marination take a bowl and add yogurt, 1/2tsp red chili powder, 1/2tsp cumin powder, 1/2tsp coriander powder, and 1/2tsp salt mix well and then add chicken breast in the bowl, marinate the chicken very well and leave for at least 30 min in the fridge.
2: after 30min take the marinated chicken and grill the chicken or bake inside the oven 350°c preheated for 30-35min.
3: then the chicken is done, put aside and let the chicken little cool, then cut the chicken in a 1inch cube shape.
4: put the pan on low heat and add 80ml oil and recommended whole spices, 2 min fry and then add grounded onion fry more on medium heat till onion gets nice gold color. then add tomato puree and cook for 5-8 min more and now is the time to add tomato paste and mix well and add 1cup of water and cook more 5min. then add rest of all spices into the pan and mix well and cook 5min more on medium-low heat.
5: now add grilled chicken into the pan and cook on medium heat 5-7min then add 1cup of water and cook more 5min and done.
